High Road House London Wedding
High Road House, London Wedding
Shafina and Farhann wanted to do things a little different when it came to their wedding at High Road House in London. The house is a hotel and members club in West London. It’s filled with vintage furniture and unique art on the walls. This is where my day started with getting ready shots of Shafina in the morning. I had the fantastic Jonathan Ellis working with me at this wedding, and he spent the morning with Farhann. The wedding ceremony took place at The Ismaili Centre in South Kensington. It is one of six such centres world-wide and was inaugurated in 1985 by then Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher. Once married and before heading back to High Road House for the evening party, we took a quick trip to Hyde Park and grabbed some portraits. This wedding was, without a doubt, unique and had style for days. This was part 2 of their marriage. Part 1 was earlier in the week where Shafina and Farhann had a civil ceremony with close family only. I’ll be sure to blog this wedding also shortly. Big shout out to Jonathan from Jonathan Ellis Photography, who was terrific to work with on the day.
